Most Inspiring Lecturer

Carnegie Mellon Professor Randy Pausch (Oct. 23, 1960 - July 25, 2008) delivered his last lecture at the university on Sept 18, 2007 after he was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer.He had only few months left in his life while he was delivering this lecture.But its amazing and so inspiring to see his Joy,enthusiasm for life, and positivity.A lesson we all must learn. His Book and Video last lecture "Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams" has been a phenomenon and has touch the life's of many. Although Professor Randy is no longer with us, the message he left behind will continue to inspire millions to achieve their dreams. Worth a watch!

Excercise to keep brain healthy

Don't Forget to Exercise If you don't enjoy exercise the following post may not be good news; if you do enjoy a good sweat read on. Exercise may improve memory. Scientists at the University of Melbourne found that adults with mild memory problems may experience memory improvement by exercising. The scientists focused on a group of 138 volunteers over the age of 50. The people who participated in home-based exercise demonstrated modest cognitive improvement. The study suggests physical activity may delay or offset mental decline. (Originally reported by the BBC .)
